Raikes School Completes Design Studio Project for Agile Sports

Nebraska Business Plan Competition Winner Announced
Agile Sports of Lincoln was named the winner of the 2nd annual Nebraska Business Plan Competition. Agile received $25,000 in cash and services for the win. The award was given during the Heartland Conference for Free Enterprise hosted by the UNL Center for Entrepreneurship on March 29.
Agile Sports Wins First Prize at San Diego State University's Venture Challenge 2007
Agile Sports Technologies, representing the University of Nebraska - Lincoln, won the grand prize at Venture Challenge 2007 in San Diego, Ca. New Ventures World Competition Winners Announced
The Nebraska Center for Entrepreneurship hosted the 21st Annual New Ventures World Competition at the Embassy Suites in Lincoln, Nebraska. The goal of the competition is to improve the chances of entrepreneurial success by exposing students to quality feedback, investment opportunities, and a chance to see some of the most competitive and innovative entrepreneurial enterprises in the world. Agile Sports Technologies took home $15,000 as the first-place winner in the graduate division.
Agile Sports Finishes as First Runner-Up at Big 12 Venture Championship
Agile Sports Technologies of the University of Nebraska in Lincoln was the first runner-up in the Big 12 New Venture Championship, winning $3,000. The competition is hosted by the Big 12 Center for Economic Development, Innovation and Commercialization, a group made up of 12 universities in seven states that can deliver economic outcomes for the region.
Agile Sports Awarded First Place at UNL Venture Plan Championship
Michael Jordan did it, Bill Gates accomplished it and now University of Nebraska-Lincoln students are trying their hand. Some UNL students brought their future business plans to the eighth annual UNL Venture Plan Championship.
